- You download the software directly from the manufacturer’s official website.
- Activation takes place according to the instructions you receive by email after purchase.

Before buying, please check that your device meets the minimum requirements stated on the product page. We accept no responsibility for incompatibilities caused by unsupported hardware, operating systems or regional restrictions.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP), unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of the order applies.
- Full payment is required before digital delivery.
- Payment is made through trusted payment service providers, including Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay as well as Visa and Mastercard.
Novakeyshub LLC does not store or process payment card data itself.
5. Digital delivery
- Delivery is made to the email address given at checkout.
- It is usually instant, but in individual cases can take up to 4 hours.
- You are responsible for providing a valid and reachable email address.

6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, sales are generally final once delivery has taken place. A refund is only considered if
- the wrong product was delivered because of an error on our side or
- activation cannot be completed because of a proven problem on our side.
No refund is made in the case of an incorrect assessment of the product’s purpose, unmet system requirements, a change of mind after delivery, or if the installation instructions provided were not followed. 7. Use of the software
You undertake to use the software
- in accordance with the official licence terms of the respective manufacturer,
- exclusively for personal and educational purposes and
- in compliance with all applicable laws.
Novakeyshub LLC is not liable for misuse of the software or for breaches of third-party licence agreements.
8. Limitation of liability
Novakeyshub LLC is not liable for data loss, business interruption, indirect or consequential damage, or for problems resulting from operating errors or unsupported configurations. Our liability is – as far as legally permitted – limited to the amount paid for the product. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after the changes have been published is deemed acceptance of the amended version.
